Refund Policy

All rent is due on the 1st of the month. If you have not given a vacate notice and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the 1st, full rent is due for that month. We will prorate the last month of rent (charging you only for the days you use) as long as notice is given at the time rent is paid in advance of the due date. No refunds are given for current month’s rent. If the customer moves out mid-month without giving prior notice, the customer agrees to pay a full month’s rent. Prepaid rent will be refunded.
