How can I calculate how much storage space to rent and which storage units are best for my storage needs?

All Aboard offers a wide range of sizes to best suit your storage needs. Use our Size Guide for guidance on selecting a storage unit or call or visit our friendly storage professionals who can help you find just the right size.

What forms of payment do you accept and how can I make a payment?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments may be made in person at the rental office, by mail, or on our website. All Aboard also offers a convenient auto pay program where you can have your credit card charged automatically each month.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government issued photo identification is required. You must be 18 years or older to rent a storage unit.

Valid registration and current insurance is required for storage of RV’s, boats, and other vehicles, and you must supply current registration and insurance throughout your tenancy.

Does All Aboard provide locks and do you keep a key to my storage unit?

You can purchase a new, sealed lock at any All Aboard facility. No one else has a key to your unit. If you prefer to provide your own lock, you are welcome to do so. Only one lock permitted per door.

What discount programs do you offer? Do I get a referral fee or discount?

All Aboard offers a variety of reserve-a-storage-unit-at-all-aboard-mini-storage-in specials. Contact the facility directly for the current specials.

All Aboard has a generous referral program! Refer a new customer and receive a $25.00 to $50.00 referral discount on your rent. Ask the facility manager for more details.

Do you provide insurance for my stored items? If not, where can I obtain insurance?

No.  You are responsible for the items you store at All Aboard. All Aboard does not insure your contents. You may be covered under a policy you already have like homeowner’s or renter’s insurance. Check with your insurance agent to be sure. All Aboard will soon offer a Protection Plan to provide you with protection against some property damage.  Details will be coming soon.

What hours can I access my storage unit(s)?

Just remember the 7’s: Gate access hours are from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week.  Extended gate access hours are also available.  Ask the site manager for details.

How does your “Free Truck Program” work?

We provide a 15' truck, driver, moving equipment, and gas free of charge, you do the loading and unloading. Some restrictions apply – call the facility staff for details.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Storage rental is month to month. There is no long term lease required.

Can I store a car, boat, or motorcycle in the unit?

Larger units are available for indoor storage of vehicles. Many facilities also offer outdoor parking for larger vehicles, boats and RV’s. Proof of valid registration and insurance is required for storage of all vehicles.

What items are not allowed in the storage unit?

Storing any hazardous waste material or any other material which violates the applicable zoning, health, safety or fire codes or regulations is strictly prohibited.

How does your security system work?

Each location has a security gate with your personal gate access code and is completely fenced and well lighted. Most locations also have individual door alarms and video surveillance.
